The Universal College of Learning (UCOL) in Palmerston North is set to implement a recruitment system and needs software to achieve this.

The system will enable UCOL to track staff turnover, skills required, student numbers, funding and course options.

It will also need to include induction, performance management, ongoing workforce planning and retention functions to be part of the recruitment systems and processes.

UCOL employs 550 staff with 380 located in Palmerston North, 120 in Wanganui and 50 in Masterton.

The deadline for replies is Thursday, September 2.
