Integrator makes global alliances with Riverbed and AirWatch

Dimension Data in January announced it has joined the Riverbed Authorised Support Partner Programme.
The programme allows the global systerms integrator to develop customer support solutions in conjunction with the infrastructure performance and optimisation vendor.

A representative of Riverbed says Dimension Data is the first global systems integrator in New Zealand to join the programme. However, HP and Orange Business Services are also said to be authorised support partners.
Dimension Data will now support Riverbed's entire portfolio, which ranges from WAN optimisation to application-aware network performance management to cloud data protection solutions.

Dimension Data has already developed a Network Optimisation Assessment offering based on Riverbed's Cascade network performance management technology. The offering is designed to give organisations a detailed analysis of network traffic patterns.

The company has also signed a global partnership with mobile device management technology provider AirWatch.
