As reported last month by Reseller News, Microsoft is going on the road to promote Office 2010 to resellers in April. The roadshow events were revealed as part of the job requirements for the Office road warrior short-term positions advertised in February.

According to the vendor, resellers will learn how to use the newest software additions and hear more about the benefits of Office 2010.

There will be sales and technical training sessions held at each event, targeted at VARs and system builders. Information worker business group lead Anne Taylor says Tour 2010 will help its partners get a "firm grip on the ins and outs" of the software and how it will benefit their customers.

Events will take place in Christchurch on Thursday, April 8, Wellington on Tuesday, April 13 and Thursday, April 15 in Auckland.
