Enterprise content management specialist Laserfiche has issued a “challenge grant” to its worldwide community with the goal of supporting resellers and users in New Zealand who have been affected by the Christchurch earthquake.

“It is with a heavy heart that we’ve learned about those affected by this disaster,” said Phyllis Chen, managing director of Laserfiche International. “Our local reseller, Ricoh New Zealand, has employees who have lost their homes, and the local branch has been badly damaged.”

With this challenge grant, the ECM specialist will match every dollar that Laserfiche users, resellers and staff contribute to the relief effort, up to $10,000.

“We hope to contribute funds to the relief efforts, as well as remind our Laserfiche family in New Zealand that they aren’t alone,” said Sean Tang, vice president of international business at Laserfiche International.
