Datacom has received the APJ VMware PArtner Network Award in the VMware Service Provider Programme (VSPP) Partner of the Year category, the two companies have announced.
The award was presented at the VMware Partner Exchange 2013, held in Las Vegas on February 26.
“We are pleased to recognize the achievements made in 2012 by members of the VMware partner ecosystem,” says Colleen Kapase, senior director, Partner Readiness, VMware. “VMware Partner Exchange is dedicated to educating and equipping our partner ecosystem with the resources and insights they need to help deliver first class solutions for the software-defined datacentre in the coming year. We congratulate Datacom Systems on winning a VMware Partner Network Award and we look forward to our mutual success in 2013.”
“Achieving this level of recognition by VMware for the second time is hugely significant as it acknowledges that we are on the right strategic path for our customers. Our platform stretches across ANZ and provides cost effective cloud services while supporting outstanding Disaster Recovery plus a ‘breathe in and out’ commitment," says Datacom Group CEO Jonathan Ladd.
"We’ll continue to build on our relationship with VMware over the coming years and thank them wholeheartedly for this valued endorsement," he adds.
