CA Technologies appoints channel account director

Lourens Strydom lands in Wellington to support New Zealand partners

“New Zealand is a tight-knit market," says Klasie Holtzhausen, senior director, channel, at CA Technologies ANZ. "Lourens’ strong ties, and experience, make him the ideal candidate to help us develop our business.”

Strydom came to New Zealand nearly five years ago as a systems architect for Transpower, according to a statement released by CA. Strydom's new role will be to support CA Technology's current customers and drive growth.

Prior to New Zealand, Strydom spent four years in the Middle East, managing presales and service groups for Sun Microsystems, and has worked for HP in presales and delivery consulting roles in several African countries.
