Renaissance's Apple Division, Education Division (RED) and Renaissance Service are founding members of the Apple Consultants Network, recently established in New Zealand.

Six of the distributor's branches are the only local partners listed on the Apple Consultants Network website.

Members of the global network offer consultancy for companies using Macs or multi-platform environments and are already certified as Apple resellers.

Apple has also launched the network across the Tasman, where members include Key Options Technology, Digistor and Computers Now, according to Computerworld Australia.

Mark Richards, group marketing manager of Digistor, told the publication the move gave network members access to Apple branding and recognition as service providers, while also offering structure ot the implemention and consulting work already being done by many companies.
