Laserfiche teams with Ricoh on ECM, BPM

Ricoh becomes authorised value added reseller

Ricoh New Zealand has become an authorised value added reseller for enterprise content management (ECM) specialist Laserfiche.

Richoh will provide ECM and business process management offerings locally.

Ricoh business solutions manager Greg Quirk says Laserfiche has a proven product suite and offers ongoing training and support.

“We want our clients to have all the options available for an enterprise solution that seamlessly integrates full-text retrieval, web distribution, and workflow with all other software applications of existing IT environments," he says.

Laserfiche business development senior vice president Chris Wacker says Ricoh will be a great addition, and says it shares Laserfiche's knowledge, ethics and philosophy.
