After seven years of using Compaq/HP desktop and server equipment, the Southland District Council is looking for replacement hardware.

The Council needs a vendor to partner with that will provide industry standard equipment. Simplified delivery of hardware and improving the performance of services delivered to staff are attributes sought in vendor proposals.

It also wants to reduce technical and maintenance support, overall cost of providing desktop equipment and environmental impact.

The deadline for replies is Monday, February 1. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 28515.
