Brendan has been a tech enthusiast since an early age. “I knew IT was my calling straight from high school. Starting out as a desktop engineer gave me the grounding in how networks work as well as the essential view on how users interact with their IT tools. I have never let go of the 'how do users use' view and constantly translate technical knowledge into workable and realistic end-user solutions delivered through Ingram Micro's resellers.
